Here for sale is my pride & joy 2001 on a Y registration Range Rover 4.6 Autobiography with warranted contract plate & is one of the last P38s. The engine is the later 4.6 V8 Thor Engine that jumps into life at the turn of a key and idles very smoothly & only has just over 94,000 miles on her with full service history (mainly main dealer-7 stamps + 3 independents). This will go up slightly as she is in daily use The last service was at the beginning of November 2013 & since then I have only done 2,000 miles in her & I had the following done – · New Discs all round · New Pads all round · New Plugs · All new filters including cabin & pollen · New Engine & Gearbox Oil · All diffs oils changed · EAS pump overhauled The Pilkington Privacy glass has a fantastic factory fitted tint which is very tastefully done & looks fantastic The side mirrors auto-dip when you select reverse, high and low range work perfectly in the gearbox & she has a very smooth change & the heated seats work. She also has colour coded front & rear bumpers ,smoked front & rear lights, genuine Autobiography side step panels front & rear & the all important contract plate which proves she is a genuine Autobiography & came out of the Land Rover factory that way I have a tow bar for her but its not fitted & she has single point electrics. There is also a genuine Land Rover full size rubber boot mat (not shown in boot picture) included Just had a brand new MOT on her (June 2015) with no advisories & I will put 6 months tax on her for the new owner for the asking price There are no overheating issues, no EAS issues, no HVAC issues, no leaking sunroof issues & the roof lining is perfect with no sagging at all I have taken a lot of pride & joy in her & not spared a penny when things have needed to be done. I have been a P38 owner/enthusiast for 15 years & I will say this has been the best one I have owned for many years. There is the possibility of a part exchange depending on what you've got + cash my way, not interested in any swaps There is a clicking noise on the drivers side window when it reaches the top it states on the dash read-out that the window is not set, but the window does go all the way to the top. I have taken the door panel off & checked the window, the motor & the window bars etc & there is no problems that I can see, so I think it's the small plastic pin that sits between the mounting plate & the half cog that works the window.
